I just joined the forum and my case is a somewhat similar to Mr. Ayon.
I did my M. A in English Language Teaching from IIUC in 2016. Currently working in a school as a teacher.
My husband hold a Bachelors degree in electronic engineering but no work experience in the relevant field.
Hence, I am the primary applicant.
We have no ties in Canada and we are both working towards IELTs CLB 9
I fit in NOC 4032 and NOC 4214.
I know that NOC 4214 is a regulated profession and requires certificate of qualification from the province where you intend you work.
My questions are:
1) in order to recieve ECE certification, I intend to take the diploma in early childhood education from saskatchewan polytechnic University (distance learning)! which is for 2 years and then apply for ECE certification from Sasketchwan. Is this possible? I have read everything available on the website and I found nothing that says it isn't possible. However, I am quite skeptical and would appreciate some expert advice.
2) obtaining the ECE certification will add much needed 50 points to my EE profile and I will be way above the current cut off score. However, this will only be possible after 2 years. Do you expect CRS point to go higher in the next few years?
